Minor Improvement:

1. Subscribers with Re-Billing Fee Report is now renamed to Subscribers with Late Fee/ Re-Billing Fee Report.
2. Subscriber Type column is now available in the Adjustment Report, the Billing History Report, and the Income By Account Report.

Bug Fixes:

1. Data errors for subscribers with default invoice settings no longer cause issues when exporting the Subscribers table to CSV.
2. Invariant Violation error when changing the payment date is now fixed.
