Bug Fixes:

1. Negative invoice restriction now excludes the item preview amount (“This item will start recurring on ”) when calculating the invoice total on adding a negative recurring invoice item.
2. The invoice panel now loads when attempting to bill the package through the Invoice Now button or when adding the item directly to the invoice.
