Bug Fixes:

1. Invalid amount errors when distributing payments to invoices with zero or negative amounts are now resolved.
2. Updating tax settings for packages in the Items Manager or ISP Packages window now correctly updates both the PACKAGE-type item and its setup fee item.
3. The billing settings change prompt is now displayed when modifying the current term’s end date.
4. Payments applied to billed-from-child items in a parent account now create a child payment on the child account, regardless of the amount or whether the parent invoice is fully or partially paid.
5. Packages are now billed (or not billed) correctly upon unsuspension or reactivation.
