Minor Improvements:

1. Payment-related error messages now stay visible for one hour and are dismissible.
2. Item Subtotal and Item Tax columns are now available in the Billing History Report. Item Subtotal reflects the total package cost, including additions and excluding subtractions, based on quantity. Item Tax reflects the total tax applied to the package, additions, and subtractions.

Bug Fix:

1. Prorated tax amounts now cascade correctly when tax is applied to full-term custom items on an invoice.
