Bug Fixes:

1. Inconsistencies between Resolved and Closed ticket statuses have been corrected.
2. Timestamps for Resolved tickets now display correctly.
3. Linked tickets opened from Tickets Beta now load correctly in the new drawer.
4. Email sending in Tickets Beta is now disabled when the Email service is turned off.
5. Ticket status updates now reflect correctly in real time on Tickets Beta widgets.
6. Date filter issues in the Tickets Beta Dashboard have been resolved.
7. Resolved filter issues in the Tickets Beta Dashboard for Scheduled and Unscheduled views have been corrected.
8. Open balance summary updates are no longer delayed after posting payments.
9. API tokens now expire after 15 minutes.
10. Caching for accounts has been added to optimize QBO sync calls.
