Bug Fixes:

1. The vPortal backend URL now points to the main API endpoint for improved performance.
2. Account Code values now display correctly in the Billing History Report for ISPs with a single Account Code configured.
3. The invoice tax breakdown is now saved and retrieved from the database instead of being recalculated each time.
4. Mass email activity is now added in the ISP Logs, showing the total number of subscribers included, who received the email, and which subscribers were skipped due to missing or invalid email addresses.
5. QBO sync for credit memos, invoices, and payments now uses existing records more reliably, improving accuracy and reducing unnecessary lookups after successful syncs.
6. Ticket Notes now display correctly in Tickets Beta.
7. For multi-ISP users, ticket lists in Tickets Beta now reflect the active ISP.
8. The date range picker in the Tickets Beta Dashboard has been improved.
9. Non-technician users can now be assigned to tickets in Tickets Beta.
