Bug Fixes:

1. Package deletion process is now optimized to reduce delays when deleting packages.
2. Amount fields now correctly allow negative values to be updated to positive values without requiring the amount to be re-entered.
3. IRM Drawer now opens correctly from anywhere in the app.
4. Ticket message timestamps in the New Tickets feature now display in AM/PM format and sort correctly.
5. Due Date filtering in the New Tickets feature now uses a simplified date range selector.
6. Cascade update issues in both the New and Legacy Service Desk are now resolved.
7. BDC reporting is now updated to provide more consistent, reliable, and auditable reporting data.
