Bug Fixes:

1. Empty tax description can now be saved in the Tax settings.
2. Equipment filtering in ISP sites has been restored to exclude subscriber-related equipment types. The assignable equipment filter will return after the IRM architecture redesign.
3. The vHook Manual Trigger dropdown list now shows all available scripts more clearly without overlapping or cutting off text.
