Improvements:

1. Package/Service cross-navigation between Equipment Info and Service → Devices has been added.
2. Site creation and location response times have been optimized from 1.4–3 seconds to under 1 second.
3. Equipment creation performance has been improved from over 1 second to under 500ms.
4. Automatic sub-location creation when adding new infrastructure has been removed for a cleaner setup process.
5. A “Tax Change Date” dropdown has been added to the Subscriber drawer, displaying when a future tax change is scheduled before the next invoice date.
6. Session ID regeneration after successful login has been implemented across vPortal authentication flows for enhanced security.
7. Ownership validation for My Statements documents has been added to prevent unauthorized access to other subscribers’ invoice, payment, and quote records.
8. Secure attachment validation is now enforced for ticket uploads, including allowed file types, MIME type verification, and maximum file size limits.

Bug Fix:

1. Refunds are now created correctly in QBO and no longer appear as revenue in the Sales Tax Liability Report.
