Bug Fixes:

1. Ticket details such as Due Date, Preferred Arrival, and Assignees now display consistently when opening a ticket under the New Tickets Drawer (beta).
2. The missing equipment attachment thumbnail is now displayed in the Equipment list under the IRM page.
3. When adding an item to a BoM, the cursor now automatically focuses on the item search field.
4. Authorize.Net payment failures now return a clear error message and are properly logged with transaction details.
