Improvement:

1. Report Builder initial version is now available with the following features: loading and running pre-defined custom reports and displaying them in the custom report table, multi-select functionality, and bulk assign tickets.

Bug Fixes:

1. Deleting a ticket now removes the deleted ticket in the Service Desk Kanban and List.
2. Tickets can now be added for subscribers with unicode characters in their details.
3. Adding of duplicate history log when scheduling a ticket is now fixed.
4. Extra spaces are now restricted for the password field for Google Account and MarketBroadband credentials.
5. Option to click Yes is now clickable when selecting “Delete the invoice item and the package” when removing a package charge.
