Terms of Use & Privacy

MyISPScore is an ISP benchmarking and assessment service operated by HiBOS Labs. By completing the assessment, you agree to provide accurate information so we can deliver the most relevant and useful results. Your results are based on your responses and our benchmarking models, and are intended to provide guidance and insight, not guaranteed outcomes.

Your individual responses are kept private and are not shared with partners or other participants, except within your own organization to provide you and your team with comparative insights. To help improve the industry as a whole, anonymized data may be combined with other responses to create aggregated benchmarks, reports, and insights. When the assessment is offered through a partner (such as a trade show or association), that partner may receive these aggregated insights, but never your identifiable data.

After completing the assessment, HiBOS Labs may follow up with you to share your results, offer additional insights, or invite you to optional review calls or related resources. You’re always free to opt out of these communications.

We use your information to deliver your results, improve benchmarking accuracy, and provide relevant insights. We do not sell your personal data and take reasonable steps to protect it, although no system can be completely secure.
