Who can join?
- Referrers: Any Visp ISP App User can refer another ISP. Credits are made to the ISP’s invoice. It’s the decision of the ISP owner how much of credit will be forwarded to the App User.
- Ambassadors: An application is required—we’re looking for ISPs who are excited to support their peers—apply today to see if it’s the right fit!
How do I refer ISPs?
Simply share your email as your referral code for the ISP to input after the assessment at MyISPScore.com. Your referral is locked in for 90 days after the ISP enters your email address. You will earn the Credit or Bonus so long as your ISP is with Visp or your Ambassador status is active for that referral so long as no other referral code was entered by the ISP. For example, if another Referror gives their email address within 90 days, you’ll still get the credit. If another Referror gives their email address that is used by the ISP after 90 days, they would get the credit.
What happens after I apply to be an Ambassador?
We’ll review your application, and if it seems like the right fit, you’ll complete a short training to understand the value of HIBOS services and the processes.
How do I earn rewards?
Referrers’ emails qualify referred ISPs to get a credit and and the referring ISP earn an equal credits on their Visp invoice. Ambassadors earn additional commissions and perks.
How do referral credits work?
For every ISP you refer that signs up, you earn matching Visp service credits equal to their discount. If someone on your team made the referral, you can choose to share the credit with them.

As an Ambassador, how do I earn the $1,000 bonus?
If a referred ISP purchases the Hypergrowth ISP Business Operating System, AKA HIBOS, you receive a $1,000 bonus as a thank-you, in addition to any vBOSS bonuses.
What is the HIBOS Process Study, and why is it valuable?
When an Ambassador refers an ISP to MyISPScore.com, the ISP has the opportunity to either purchase HIBOS or experience a taste of its value firsthand through a Process Study. This study is designed to help ISPs identify and improve their most painful or costly processes.
The introductory cost for the Process Study is $500 (a $5,000 value) and helps uncover inefficiencies that could lead to thousands—or even hundreds of thousands—of dollars in potential savings.
Additionally, the study leads to a second structured opportunity for the referred ISP to invest in HIBOS services and apply HIBOS tools and principles throughout their entire organization, which also results in a win-win $1,000 bonus for the Ambassador.
What is the VIBE Roundtable, and why is it required for Ambassadors?
The VIBE (Value-Inspired Business Exchange) Roundtable is a weekly leadership discussion where Visp ISPs connect with other ISPs and Visp leadership and are the first to learn of fixes, new features, collaborate with other ISPs, and help shape future innovations. Ambassadors must attend at least one session per month to stay engaged.
Is there a limit to the $500 trade show reimbursement for Ambassadors?
Yes, a maximum of 10 Ambassadors may be selected to receive the $500 event reimbursement for WISPAMERICA 2025.

HIBOS (Hypergrowth ISP Business Operating System) is a comprehensive framework designed to help ISPs scale efficiently, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive profit.
