Bug Fixes:

1. Invalid tag name error is now fixed on viewing a ticket.
2. “Email Template exists” error no longer displays when sending an email directly to subscribers.
3. Error message for unsupported file types is now displayed on uploading ticket attachments.
4. Enable messaging service in vPortal setting is now hidden since this feature is not yet available.
