Bug Fixes:

1. Adding a package with multiple tag-along items no longer causes multiple setup fees to be added.
2. Include service term dates option under Accounting Controls settings is now saved correctly.
3. Long item description is now wrapped so that it does not cut off the item price columns in the Packages & Invoices view.
4. Missing history on updating or saving report snapshot settings is now restored.
5. Assigned CPE Report is now loading data correctly for ISPs with IRM enabled.
