Minor Improvement:
- Certain stored procedure queries are redirected to the read-only database to expedite response times.
- Idle database connections originating from the API are further reduced for optimal resource utilization and system efficiency.
Bug Fixes:
- Newly created Email Template should now appear within the designated folder upon addition.
- The error prompt for Suspended ISP w/ an option for payment is now displayed appropriately.
- Updates to a subscriber ticket are no longer added duplicately to the ISP Logs since the logs are already available in the Ticket Activity logs.
