Bug Fixes:

1. The team has resolved the issue where certain App Users could not see scheduled tickets or events in the Resource Timeline in the Service Desk.
2. The issue with the incorrect “Date Received” in the Previous Payment Details section of the PDF invoice has been resolved.
3. If no custom Tax label is set in the Tax column header of the invoice, the system will populate a default label.
4. The team has resolved the error that shows when updating the item quantity in the Bill of Materials.
5. A profiling script is now in place to track detailed system memory usage during spikes.
