Bug Fixes:
- Updating or removing a device is now permitted for inactive Internet services with a saved Internet username and password.
- The invalid conditions that prevented subscribers from editing the “Amount to Pay” field by default in vPortal have been removed. ISPs may still request to make this field uneditable to prevent partial payments.
