Improvement:

1. The FCC Report category is now renamed to Regulatory Report.
2. The Calix Report is now available under the Regulatory Report category. This report is a configuration file that users can upload to their Calix router to provision equipment on the fiber network.
3. Archived can now be selected as the only status in the Subscribers table.

Bug Fixes:

1. When a quote is created and items are added, billable instances are no longer generated until the quote is converted to an invoice.
2. When converting a quote to an invoice, users can now select the Invoice Date/Bill Start Date, and Term Start Date from the prompt before proceeding.
3. The eye icon has been removed from the Mass Mail editor to prevent confusion.
4. The Status filter dropdown now stays in sync with the Subscribers table filters.
