Bug Fixes:

1. Quantity for 911 fee is now updated correctly when clicking Update quantity in the Invoice Details window.
2. Enabling additional custom fields changes in settings now consistently displays the fields in the Primary Account tab, without the need to restart UBO.
3. Report list is now reloaded when selecting an ISP in Report Center.
4. Reports menu list is now reloaded when selecting an ISP in the main table.
