Bug Fixes:

  1. Customers using eCheck can now be processed smoothly without running into the “No Merchant Account” error.
  2. The delay when re-assigning tickets to a different technician is now fixed.
  3. The “Ticket type does not exist” error is now fixed when deleting ticket templates.
  4. The team added new logs to help fix problems with customers not being added in Visp after they sign up.
  5. Tickets should now display a close date and time when viewed from the subscriber summary.
