Bug Fixes:

1. Phone numbers are now displayed when a subscriber is typing in the Signup page, accessed through Chrome mobile app.
2. Merged Statement PDF for queued statements now displays statement of subscribers correctly.
3. New set of identified code exceptions encountered when using UBO are now fixed.

Minor Improvements:

1. $0.00 excess charge for Usage-based billing is now accepted.
2. When the option to show subscriber usage in invoice is unchecked and the excess charge is set to $0.00, excess usage invoices will not be generated.
