Bug Fixes:

1. Total amount for an invoice is now displayed consistently in the Invoice window and in the Invoice Item Details window for invoice items of packages with a 0.00 rate and with a custom flat rate tax.
2. Usage data is now consistent in the Previous 3 Months Summary and Statistics for the Month Summary of the Subscriber Usage Report.
3. New set of identified code exceptions encountered when using UBO are now fixed.
