Improvements:

1. Usage charges will now be added to the current open invoice for the current month. If none available, usage charges will automatically be added to a new invoice.
2. Optimization changes for subscriber history items loading posted to live

Bug Fix:

1. Extra spaces are now removed from the Account Number field in the ISP Payment window to avoid the invalid Account Number error.
