Bug Fixes:
- New User Report now correctly filters subscribers with an 8-digit eCheck routing number as part of the subscribers with complete data.
- Auto Action script for deleting incomplete inactive subscriber now ignores subscribers with 8-digit eCheck routing number.
- Speed limits when moving Internet Hotspot service are now reset to follow the default speed limits of the new package.
- App user name instead of username is now displayed in the ISP history logs.
