Bug Fixes:

1. Subscriber usage now displays usage from RADIUS and SmartSession in the reports and usage billing correctly.
2. Equipment profile is now considered when adding a new equipment.
3. Updating the custom price setting of a package now updates the custom pricing of its item.
4. Report column preferences are now displayed properly.
