Bug Fixes:

1. Term dates of quote items are now generated correctly when term end date is synced to existing invoice items..
2. UBO now takes authority for equipment data with Zabbix integration.
3. Null hibernation dates now display as “At the end of term” option.
4. New set of identified code exceptions encountered when using UBO are now fixed.

Minor Improvements:

1. Build number is now added to the UBO title bar.
2. Spaces and text alignment are now adjusted for Package List w/ Info (All Info) ticket merge field value.
3. Signup and Account Manager can now support Panama ISPs.
