Bug Fixes:

1. Ticket and Schedule Manager will now load tickets based on the checked filters.Checking or unchecking a ticket status filter will now reload the TSM with the ticket details of the checked filters.
2. Ticket type templates with messed up span tags will now be displayed correctly after saving.
3. Unsuspending a package with a future bill start date will now generate invoice items only if the package is already invoiced.
4. New set of identified code exceptions encountered when using UBO are now fixed.
