Bug Fixes:

1. For subscribers with both an email address and SMS address as the To recipient, attachments can now be viewed when accessing the email address.
2. Tax Criterion breakdown now separates the criterion by name and percent rate in the Tax Criterion summary of the Sales Tax Liability Report.
3. Adding/updating/deleting a ticket will now refresh the ticket and not the whole ticket table.

New Feature and Minor Improvements:

1. VPN service has been added and users can now add them to packages and activate instances in subscriber accounts.
2. CPE status in main table and equipment manager should now update real-time.
3. Adding a new ticket through TSM should now reload the list of tickets in the Print Ticket Summary sub menu under Subscriber Reports.
4. Font size is now consistent for data displayed for the “Package List w/ Info (All Info)” ticket merge field.
