New Features:

1. UBO 7.6 now has a desktop app available.
2. Data cache for the main tale is now added to improve the loading of the subscriber list.
3. Pressing F12 in UBO will now display the Java console.

1. Spell check in TSM now works as expected without crashing UBO.
