Minor Improvements:

1. Tract is now generated correctly when adding a new subscriber or updating a subscriber address.
2. Scheduled mass email to comma-separated package filter values is now sent successfully.
3. Percent discount items are now generated correctly.
4. eCheck is now available as a payment option in My Visp for non-US ISPs.
5. Misleading setup fee tax tooltip under package tax settings is now corrected.
6. IP Address Search is now available under the Tools menu.

Bug Fixes:

1. Access controller column now displays data correctly.
2. Tax is now recalculated correctly after updating the rate of a custom item in a closed invoice.
3. Changing the tax setting to None now applies correctly on invoice generation.
4. All instances of payment declined error now triggers the payment declined email if activated.
5. Missing total in the Auto-pay summary CSV email is now restored.
6. Exception on clicking a filter with an invalid number format value for Invoice Day is now fixed.

Deprecation:

1. Paper Invoice-related settings have been disabled in UBO with a tooltip to use the Visp app.
