Minor Improvement:

1. Optimization is now added to load email template list faster under the Email Templates option on right-clicking a subscriber.

Bug Fixes:

1. Updating a zip/postal code of a subscriber with errors in equipment address now allows saving.
2. Date custom field is now saved in YYYY-MM-DD format, similar to Visp app, to allow proper sorting.
3. Entering a credit card in the Receive Payment is now disabled in UBO for ISPs using the PaydUp gateway.
