Bug Fixes:

1. Error when adding another card after a TOKEN-type credit card is now fixed.
2. Re-assigning a technician of a ticket now updates the existing calendar event, instead of creating a new calendar event.
3. Deleting a ticket now deletes its corresponding calendar event.
4. Clicking on a searched subscriber no longer resets the subscriber main table.
5. Instructions link in Mail Delivery settings now redirects to the correct URL.
