Bug Fixes:

1. Default payment amount is now set to the subscriber’s balance.
2. Subscriber package and services list view is now improved to avoid errors when viewing in different browser size.
3. Sending an email to a filter now sends to the correct number of subscribers.
4. 4-digit postal code is now accepted for Philippine ISP.
5. Correct currency symbol is now displayed for Philippine ISPs.
6. Package price rate is now saved correctly if amount is greater than 999.
7. Scroll bar is now available for My Visp Settings if components are hidden.
