Bug Fixes:

1. The main item and the tag-along items are now grouped together correctly regardless of the quantity.
2. Spaces in postal code are now automatically trimmed on typing in the Post Code field in vPortal signup and account manager.
3. Locking out of Visp caused by non-payment conditions are now more consistent with that of UBO.
4. Updating subscriber package UBB settings are now saved without making it disabled.
5. Add eCheck in vPortal is now restored for those ISPs with option to allow adding and updating of eCheck in vPortal.
