Bug Fixes:

1. Custom item with “Setup Fee” as item name can now be added into the invoice without errors.
2. Posting multiple payments no longer displays “out of memory” error.
3. Updating a package name now includes updating all non-custom subscriber package intances.
4. Deactivating hosting service now deactivates in Hostopia.
