Minor Improvement:

  1. Under Ticket Type settings, external followers are now included when sending email notifications based on the “Send these updates to Subscribers and external Followers” checked options.
  2. User interface when submitting a ticket in vPortal is now improved to avoid confusion.
  3. The previous status of the ticket is now included in the ticket email notification.
  4. R in “Mark all as Read” under Notifications list is now displayed in lower case.

Bug Fixes:

  1. SmartSession option, MAC field, and IP field are now displayed for ‘Router’-type equipment.
