Bug Fixes:

1. Selecting an address now fills out the address fields more accurately in the Add Prospect dock.
2. Subscriber packages are now sorted alphabetically.
3. Currency is now displayed correctly in the Package pricing and Receive Payment window.
4. Additional custom fields 21 to 36 are now available as filter conditions.
5. Previously deleted/old MACs for SmartSession are now included in the usage report even if those MACs have no logins but were active during the month.
