Bug Fixes:

1. Report snapshot is now generated correctly for Usage Report for Internet Service.
2. If a subscriber has at least one active red or yellow alert cascaded to the customer, the alert will display in the main table.
3. | symbol no longer causes email messages to cut off on sending.
4. Clicking X in inline edit now works as expected where changes are not saved.
5. Package setup fee item tax is now synced on updating the setup fee package tax setting.
