Minor Improvement:

1. Transaction ID column is now available in the Monthly Credit Card Billing Report.

Bug Fixes:

1. Subscriber equipment drawer now closes when selecting another subscriber.
2. Adding a second package in settings now displays packages tabs correctly.
3. Phone numbers can now be updated in inline edit.
4. Unidentified floating object when adding/editing ticket types in settings is now removed.
