Bug Fixes:

1. Searching is now optimized to allow consistent results for different users and pagination settings.
2. Automated fees now follow the correct default tax settings.
3. Recurring invoice will now continue to generate and be sent even if the UBB is down.
4. All Subscribers filter is now retrieved consistently for sending scheduled email templates.
