Bug Fixes:

1. Changing subscriber tax no longer updates tax of non-taxable custom items.
2. Sending an email template is now working as expected and is no longer detected as sending an SMS.
3. Error on unassigning equipment is now fixed for ISPs who have IRM disabled.
4. Null email address error on activating a first package is now fixed.
5. In addition to the response text, PaydUp response code for approved transactions is now also checked on posting credit card payment.
