Bug Fixes:

1. Saving changes in the Email messaging service settings now works as expected.
2. Saving auto-pay settings no longer checks activated merchant account settings.
3. Deleted equipment profiles are now ignored when checking to allow deleting an Inventory Profile.
4. Packages column in Subscribers table now sorts correctly.
