Minor Improvement:

1. Paypal for vPortal settings is now rearranged in the Paypal merchant settings to avoid confusion.

Bug Fixes:

1. Subscriber is now added correctly after a successful sign-up using a non-SCA-supported card for an ISP that has their Stripe set to enforce SCA.
2. Null rate error no longer displaying on changing billing cycle or on loading items without a default price.
3. Changing the ticket type of an existing ticket no longer removes the ticket’s attachments.
4. Clicking Refresh on the Internet device no longer reloads a static IP address.
5. Missing details in the Average Revenue Per User Report (Grouped by ISP Site Location) snapshot is now back for new snapshots.
6. Error in revenue dashboard is now fixed if ISP has no existing subscriber invoice detected.
