1. Network address is now required when creating a new IP Pool.

Bug Fixes:

1. Converting BoM to invoice no longer displays the null item instance error.
2. The error thrown on activating a Minerva IP TV service has been fixed.
3. Adding a nonrecurring item via subscriber invoice now saves the correct item price.
4. New user rights for Equipment Manager are now saved correctly to correctly display IRM.
5. Zero pricing package item for the subscriber cycle is now available for adding to the subscriber if the allow custom pricing is enabled.
6. Newly generated invoice total is now calculated first before checking the paper invoice balance threshold.
7. Clicking subreport links now display correctly for those records that are not found on the first page of the report.
