Bug Fixes:

1. Subscriber equipment location can now be updated even with parenthesis symbols in the subscriber address.
2. Surcharge fee no longer gets added for Check payments.
3. Email domain is now included when checking for duplicate username on updating an email service.
4. Error on updating the tax to None for a quote item is now fixed.
5. Error on adding new packages is now fixed for ISPs with IRM enabled.
6. Viewing a note now correctly displays space formatting.
7. Default Visp Google API is now used on verifying the address on adding subscribers.
