Minor Improvement:

1. Equipment name column is now available in the ISP Site Equipment Report for ISPs with IRM enabled.

Bug Fixes:

1. On creating a new ticket for a subscriber, the missing auto-fill behavior for the phone and email address (technical email address if available) of the subscriber in the ticket contact is now restored.
2. Fee item with percent-based pricing is no longer listed as an option for surcharge fee since only the flat rate pricing is supported.
3. Sorting Main Company column in Service Desk no longer causes errors.
4. ECHECK is now removed as a credit card type option.
5. Others count and list in Tickets dashboard widget now displays correctly.
