Minor Improvement:

1. Internal note color in the Messages tab is now restored to its original color before the ticket redesign.
2. Image attachments in IRM equipment are now auto-resized to display the complete image without the need for the scrollbar.

Bug Fixes:

1. Save button in Add Subscriber should now be displayed for mobile display.
2. ISP timezone is now applied to the Messages tab of the ticket correctly.
3. Expiration is no longer checked if the card type is set to Token.
4. Blank optional phone numbers are no longer validated in vPortal for UK ISPs.
