Bug Fixes:

1. Number of invoices indicated in the Print House notification in Visp now matches the number sent to print house.
2. The number of available Saved filters in the search list now matches the displayed filter options in the dropdown list.
3. Payment distribution amount is now compared as numbers instead of string.
4. Display Tax in 2 decimal places checkbox is now displayed as checked for billing reports with the option since the behavior is already applied by default in the report.
