Bug Fixes:

1. DHCP server should now always accept authentications even during accounting spikes.
2. When a user adds a custom item to a quote through Visp, it no longer generates the invoice automatically.
3. The Ticket Types field in the Alerts settings of the ticket type now shows the summary of the ticket type instead of its ID.
4. Archiving a customer now releases the IP in the IP Management list.
5. Add Notes/Tickets Attachments user right is now checked correctly on adding a ticket.
6. The creation, update, and deactivation of the Alias service now works as expected in the Visp app.
7. SMS history log is now added correctly, instead of displaying “email” always.
